Once the holes are done you can fish the wire from the wall plate hole through to the basement then up through the other hole to the speaker location.

Make sure you use ul rated in wall wiring that meets local building and fire codes including cm cmr or cmp for computer networking and cl2 or cl3 for speakers.
If there is no open path for the wire you may need to drill through wall studs or ceiling joists.
This will be used to assist in pulling the wire and race way through the wall.
6 insert tube and secure cord seat one end of the raceway tube into the tube port of one of the low voltage boxes.
While running it through a basement drill two holes on the wall ceiling and drill two other holes on the mounting plate for running the wire through the wall and connecting to the speaker.

Once all cables are through attach the faceplates by pulling the cables through the rubber membrane and snapping the faceplates into place.
Feed cables through the holes.
